I have a B.Sc. in Pharmacy from Strathclyde University and a post-graduate Master's in Forensic Science as well as ongoing further education in Functional Medicine. As a component of my education, I had a chance to develop my presentation and public speaking skills. I presently speak regularly to people who are novices in healthcare, either in groups or one-to-one. Topics range from nutrition to gut and nervous system health and all aspects of hygiene.

As a pharmacist, I learned to focus on teaching and helping people get to "why, when where what, and how" where people tend to stop at "what". I love stage performing, (singing and dancing) contract bridge , duplicate bridge and cross country skiing (well, you have to where we live!). I live to learn something useful every moment of the day, and never cease to marvel at the incredible body humans are blessed with. I cherish any opportunity to teach, and learn, as I believe this is what we are really here for.
